Wonderful, Exciting Opportunity for Systemic Therapist Practitioner Role in Our Staying Together Team

This is a position for an experienced practitioner with at least 3 years’ post-qualifying experience as a systemic Therapist Practitioner. We are currently seeking passionate individuals to join our Team as a Systemic Therapist Practitioner; you will provide one-to-one clinical case supervision to Staying Together practitioners.

  • Hold joint cases to provide Family Therapy support to 5-7 families at one time who are open to Children’s Social Care under either a CIN plan or a CP plan over a 3-5-month period, with at least one home visit a week.
  • To attend CIN meetings, Core group meetings, CP Conferences, LAC reviews, strategy meetings, professional meetings, and any other meetings that arise that are applicable to the role.
  • To provide a systemic perspective during case consultations to social workers, ATM’s, TM’s, and Staying Together practitioners in relation to complex cases and cases where the worker is feeling “stuck”.
