JOB TITLE: Fan Experience Executive (CFCW)

DEPARTMENT: Chelsea FC Women (CFCW)

LOCATION: Stamford Bridge

CONTRACT: Permanent, Full Time

ABOUT CHELSEA FC WOMEN:

Chelsea FC Women are the most successful team in the modern WSL era, and one of the most successful women’s teams globally. We are committed to setting new standards on and off the pitch. In the 2026/27 season, we will be playing all 13 of our BWSL games at Stamford Bridge for the first time – while playing our domestic & European fixtures at Cherry Red Records stadium.

JOB FUNCTION:

The candidate will support the planning, development and delivery of Chelsea Women’s matchday fan experience at our home games across Stamford Bridge and Cherry Red Records Stadium. Embedded within the Club’s brand experience team day-to-day and working closely with the CFCW Commercial, Operations and Marketing teams, the candidate will help to create and execute an industry-leading matchday experience for new and existing fans.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Fan Experience Planning

  • Support the ongoing evaluation and enhancement of the Chelsea Women’s matchday fan experience across Stamford Bridge and Cherry Red Records Stadium.
  • Assist in the planning, development and implementation of matchday fan engagement initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to help shape an engaging and consistent matchday experience for supporters.
  • Gather and analyse fan feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Support Strategy Execution

  • Support the execution of fan experience plans and matchday experiences, ensuring initiatives are delivered effectively and align with agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking key performance indicators, and reporting on outcomes.
  • Help develop business cases and proposals for new fan experience initiatives and matchday enhancements.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of fan experience activations on matchdays.
  • Support the development of project documentation, including timelines and action plans to ensure clear ownership and effective collaboration.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to increase supporter engagement and generate additional commercial value through the matchday experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Sports Management, or a related field or similar relevant experience.
  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role within marketing, events, or fan engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sports and enhancing fan experiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM systems, relevant AI platforms and other marketing tools.
