You will also assist with grant-related enquiries, product maintenance and transport co-ordination, helping to deliver a seamless customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual who enjoys problem-solving, improving processes and making a tangible contribution to business performance through effective operational support.

- Maintaining accurate records, documentation and order information, ensuring data integrity across systems.
- Monitoring outstanding actions and escalating risks, delays, exceptions or issues where appropriate.
- Working collaboratively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve customer and operational issues.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, strengthen service delivery and enhance data quality.
- Supporting the ongoing development of systems, procedures and ways of working to improve operational efficiency.
- Providing a high level of customer service while balancing business priorities and operational requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
