This business is a prominent global player in the agricultural supply chain and commodities sector, well known for driving market innovation, commercial excellence, and technical support across its specialist trading divisions.
Culturally, they operate within a collaborative, fast-paced, and highly competitive trading environment where commercial acumen, resilience, and proactive deal-making are exceptionally rewarded.
Crucially, this is the only business in the UK market where an ambitious trader can realistically position themselves within the top 1% of farm trader earners.
We are seeking out-and-out sales professionals with a proven track record in a fast-moving, target-driven environment. The ideal candidate must possess deep commercial drive, a strong understanding of arable farming and crop markets, and the gravitas to negotiate directly with, influence, and secure business from key agricultural decision-makers.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
