We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Fashion Administrator to join a busy merchandising team in Manchester.

The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administration of fashion operations, with a particular focus on liaising with manufacturing partners and factories in China.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise regularly with factories and suppliers in China regarding orders, samples, production and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with suppliers in China both verbally and in writing.
  • Coordinate product information, specifications, purchase orders and production updates.
  • Follow up on samples, approvals and production deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate product, supplier and order records.
  • Assist with product development and production administration.
  • Monitor delivery dates and communicate any delays or issues to the relevant teams.
  • Support the wider fashion team with general administration and coordination.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with suppliers and manufacturing partners.

  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Confident communicating with overseas suppliers and factories.
  • Previous experience in fashion or administration would be advantageous.
  • Experience working with Chinese factories or suppliers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • A proactive, reliable and commercially aware approach
