Senior Brand Marketing & PR Executive – Fashion Talent Agency

Up to £35,000 DOE
Central Manchester

The Company

Our client is a leading fashion talent agency based in Manchester, representing an exceptional portfolio of influencers, creators, and talent while partnering with some of the world's most recognized fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands.

As the agency continues to grow, they're looking for an ambitious Senior Brand Marketing & PR Executive to lead their marketing function, elevate the agency's brand presence, and drive commercial growth through innovative marketing and PR strategies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially-minded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ready to take ownership of a varied marketing function while mentoring a small team.

The Role

This is a broad, hands-on marketing position where you'll take ownership of the agency's B2B marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and industry positioning.

  • You'll lead marketing activity across social media, PR, content, LinkedIn, email marketing, and the company website, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the agency's premium brand.
  • Working closely with the leadership team, you'll create campaigns that promote both the agency and its talent while supporting new business growth.

You'll also mentor two Marketing Executives, providing guidance, encouraging creativity, and ensuring marketing projects are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
