As a Fashion Consultant at THE OUTNET, you'll be where style meets substance. You'll build trusted relationships with fashion-savvy clients who appreciate both a sharp edit and exceptional value, curating wardrobes that feel personal, considered, and joyful. This is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the thrill of discovering that perfect piece, and genuinely enjoys making people feel valued.

The Role

  • Manage a dedicated book of VIP clients, delivering proactive, personalised service across email, WhatsApp, video calls, and in-person
  • Share curated edits tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and the moments that matter to them
  • Handle all aspects of customer care seamlessly - from styling consultations and follow-ups to resolving issues, managing returns, and turning challenges into opportunities
  • Maximise every opportunity with every client - upselling, cross-selling, spotting high-potential clients, and re-engaging those who've lapsed
  • Grow a VIP client book through warmth, tailored outreach, and word-of-mouth referrals
  • Exceed ambitious KPIs and sales targets whilst keeping the client experience at the heart of everything
  • Host and support exclusive events, from intimate trunk shows to experience-led occasions like VIP dinners
  • Collaborate across customer care, operations, buying, and VIP teams to deliver seamless, customer-obsessed service

  • 3+ years in luxury retail as a Personal Shopper, Client Advisor, or Senior Sales Associate with a strong high-value client book
  • Proven ability to exceed targets through relationships, not just transactions
  • Resilient and solution-focused, handling pressure and complexity with grace
  • A natural connector who loves people as much as fashion
  • Sharp styling instincts and an eye for curation - you know what works and why
  • Understanding of VIP lifestyles, with genuine interest in culture, art, and experiences beyond fashion
  • Confident across multiple channels and platforms, adapting with ease
  • Commercially smart, impeccably presented, proactive, and brilliantly organised
  • Values trust, collaboration, and putting customers at the center of everything you do
