Part-time Freelance Role | £1,600 per month | 8 working days per month (typically 2 days per week) | London/Hybrid

My Trousseau is a London-based luxury bridal fashion brand specialising in bespoke, contemporary bridalwear. We’re looking for an experienced Fashion Content Creator & Social Media Manager with a strong fashion/editorial eye to create standout content, manage our social channels and help grow our online presence.

You’ll review our existing social media strategy and extensive content archive, bringing strategic input, fresh creative ideas and recommendations for growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Help shape the ongoing social media strategy, bringing fresh ideas and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Develop content calendars and plan content across each social platform
  • Create original content from concept through to filming, photography, editing and posting
  • Organise content creation at our London showroom, including models/talent, styling and creative direction
  • Create Reels, short-form video, photography, carousels and Stories
  • Edit raw footage and imagery into polished, fashion-led content with a strong eye for colour, pacing and visual storytelling
  • Repurpose our existing image and video archive into fresh, relevant content
  • Create and enhance content using AI image and video tools
  • Schedule and manage Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Manage community engagement
  • Identify relevant creator, influencer or brand collaborations where they offer a genuine opportunity for the brand
  • Monitor analytics, competitors and account growth, using performance insights to recommend what to improve, test or change
  • Maintain a consistent, high-end visual identity

We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have

  • A strong fashion content portfolio
  • Excellent filming, photography and video-editing skills
  • Ability to independently organise and create original social content
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Pinterest
  • Experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva or similar
  • Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Gemini/Veo, Firefly or similar
  • Strong understanding of organic growth, social strategy and analytics
  • Ability to interpret performance data and recommend improvements

Experience creating content for paid social advertising and an understanding of what makes ad creatives perform are highly desirable, although you will not be responsible for managing paid campaigns.

Working Arrangement

The role is based on eight working days per month, typically two days per week. It is hybrid, with hands-on content creation required at our London showroom.

The position will begin with a short paid trial, followed by an initial three-month contract, with the intention of continuing long term.

There will also be opportunities to create content for our new sister fashion brand.

Please note, this role requires proven experience creating content for fashion or luxury brands and the ability to attend our London showroom for content creation. We’re only able to consider applicants with a relevant portfolio who can meet these requirements.
