Fashion Fitter

Our Tailoring team is looking for a Fashion Fitter to provide professional, effective, and efficient fitting services to support the sales teams across fashion.

About the Role

As a Fashion Fitter, you will support customers across menswear and womenswear with fittings across a variety of garments and fabrics, enhancing their experience and driving sales through your expertise. You may also be required to support the Tailoring team with basic alterations, and support in upskilling the sales team to carry out basic fittings. You will ensure all alterations are correctly charged at the point of sale, know how the alteration will be carried out by the Tailor, and set realistic timeline expectations.

Within the role, you will also:

  • Resize and restructure garments.
  • Complete all supporting paper and system work accurately and clearly.
  • Carry out Quality Control of garments.

This role is fully on site, working 5 out of the 7 days a week.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience completing fittings and basic alterations, comfortable working across menswear and womenswear garments, and with a wide range of fabrics. You will have customer service experience, confident at building relationships with customers and setting clear expectations. Experience with systems would be beneficial to ensure all information is accurately uploaded and managed.

You will also:

  • Be confident at processing payments in a customer-facing environment.
  • Have experience with Quality Control.
  • Be comfortable at delivering trainings to wider teams and stakeholders.
  • Have strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Have experience working towards targets.
