Fashion Graduate Trainee Account Manager (Similar to BAA) Womenswear

Entry level role.

Surrey

Full time office-based Monday -Friday

We have an opportunity for a proactive Fashion Graduate looking for their foot in the door in a fashion head office working with a team of designers working on womenswear young fashion.

Recruiting for a Trainee Account Manager to help support a well-established client across the Sales team of Account Managers dealing with Fashion Head office buying teams.

This role is office based and requires you to be highly organised, efficient, and eager with a positive attitude. The role is administration based supporting the team in sample management, research trims, yarn packs and photographs with the view of attending buying meetings with senior team’s members who started off in a graduate role.

Based in their Surrey fashion head office and showroom this is a great opportunity to start in the fashion industry and grow into a successful Account Manager attending buying meeting with high street fashion retailers.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Regular comparative shop reports, trend research, mood boards and inspiration across knitwear
  • Researching key trends & colours, helping to create colour palettes & trend books
  • Photograph, record and organise new bought shopping, samples, and all meetings with retail buyers.
  • Order trims and follow through to delivery
  • Preparing showroom for customer meetings

Person Specification:

  • Fashion related degree.
  • Placement / industry experience advantageous
  • Must be eager, organised and proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Confident to communicate at all levels
  • Must be confident using Microsoft office
