Job title: Fashion marketing assistant

Type: Part-time, permanent

Location: Hybrid (Manchester studio, Timperley + WFH Wednesdays)

Hours: 30 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, (8am – 4pm)

Salary: £13 per hour

Overview

Uskees is an independent fashion brand based in Manchester, UK. We’re in need of a marketing assistant to join our close-knit team as we work to establish a young label as an influential name within the menswear space.

The role

As our marketing assistant you’ll join the brand team, supporting the planning and delivery of campaigns, shoots and content that launch and convert seasonal collections and product releases. You’ll help run and grow our editorial presence, eComm and brand communications, and manage relationships with influencers and agencies. You’ll also help organise events and trade shows.

Primarily you will work across day-to-day marketing activity, helping elevate our brand presence, keeping us consistent, plural and creatively on point. Over time you’ll work with increasing autonomy to concept and create new and original streams of content for our social channels.

Who we’re looking for

This is a multifaceted role for a talented graduate in either Fashion Marketing, Business or Communications. Someone looking to carve a place in a team building a label from the ground up, developing their interest in content creation.

You’ll be an adept organiser, innovator and point of contact, combining creative flair with data-driven performance smarts and an awareness of the menswear space, social media culture and their shifting rhythms. You’ll be a team player comfortable working to briefs and self-starting on projects where needed, helping your team spearhead Uskees development and nourish a growing following.

Our brand

Uskees is a fashion brand with roots in workwear and a focus on considered, high-functioning menswear. We riff on classic fashion styles, reinventing historic garments like overshirts, genre pieces like formal suiting and cultural aesthetics such as prep.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
