PHIX | Manchester | Full-time, paid internship

About PHIX

PHIX is a rapidly growing premium fashion brand inspired by British music, timeless tailoring and iconic cultural style.

We’re looking for someone who is obsessed with marketing, full of ideas and eager to make a real impact on a growing fashion brand. Someone who spots opportunities, shares inspiration and brings enthusiasm to everything they do. This full-time, paid internship at PHIX is your opportunity to help shape campaigns, see your ideas brought to life and contribute directly to the growth of the business. If you’re excited to learn, ready to get involved and already thinking about what we could do next, we’d love to hear from you.

Our collaborations include The Rolling Stones, David Bowie and our newly launched collaboration with The Beatles. We create collections that combine elevated craftsmanship with bold design, vintage influences and a distinctive visual identity. We’re looking for an ambitious, curious individual with a genuine interest in fashion to join our team as a Fashion Marketing Intern.

The Opportunity

This is a hands-on internship for someone looking to begin a career in fashion marketing and gain practical experience within a growing international brand.

Working closely with our Marketing Executive and CEO, you’ll learn how campaigns, content, ecommerce, email and creative production come together inside a fashion business. You’ll contribute to live projects from the outset, with guidance and feedback to help you develop your skills, confidence and commercial understanding. As you learn, you’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and contribute your own ideas.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support the team across a range of marketing activities, including:

  • Keeping the marketing calendar organised and up to date
  • Helping prepare product launches and collection campaigns
  • Coordinating photography, video and campaign assets
  • Assisting with marketing and creative briefs
  • Supporting email campaigns and social content
  • Checking website updates, product pages and launch content
  • Helping organise campaign shoots and creative production
  • Tracking deadlines and following up on outstanding tasks
  • Researching brands, creators, trends and potential partnerships
  • Helping compile campaign results and performance reports

Content & Ecommerce

PHIX produces a wide range of campaign photography, video, influencer content and behind-the-scenes material. You’ll help organise these assets, understand which products they feature and identify opportunities to use them across our website, email and social channels.

You’ll also help review the PHIX website, checking that content is accurate, launches are presented consistently and products are shown at their best.

Fashion, Research & Culture

We want someone who naturally notices what brands are doing and is interested in why certain ideas work. You’ll research fashion, menswear, music, emerging talent, creator partnerships, competitor campaigns and digital trends, bringing useful observations and relevant ideas back to the team.

Your perspective will be welcome. We value thoughtful suggestions that PHIX could put into practice.

You should have experience with AI and digital tools to support research, organisation, reporting, copy development and creative planning. You don’t need to be an expert already, but you should be curious, willing to experiment and interested in developing these skills. We’ll expect you to check your work carefully and apply your own judgement.

About You

This internship could suit a recent graduate, someone seeking a full-time industry placement, or an individual taking their first steps into fashion marketing.

You may have studied fashion marketing, marketing, communications, business or a related subject, but a particular degree or previous fashion role is not essential.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Genuinely interested in fashion, music and culture
  • Organised, reliable and attentive to detail
  • Comfortable writing and communicating clearly
  • Curious about ecommerce and how marketing supports sales
  • Confident using digital tools and open to learning new ones
  • Willing to ask questions and contribute ideas
  • Proactive about following up and completing tasks
  • Receptive to feedback and motivated to develop

University projects, personal creative work, social accounts and previous placements are all welcome examples of your interest and initiative.

For someone who shows strong potential, there may be opportunities to progress into a permanent marketing role at PHIX, depending on performance and business needs.

To Apply

Please send your CV and a short introduction explaining why you’d like to join PHIX. Include any relevant projects, portfolios or examples of work you’re proud of.
