Fashion Temps Coordinator | Luxury Fashion & Retail | London
Full-time | FTC leading to Permanent
Are you passionate about fashion, luxury and people, with experience in fashion retail, recruitment or the wider luxury industry?
We’re expanding our Fashion Temporary Division and are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Temps Coordinator to join our growing team in Central London.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with relevant industry experience who wants to build a career in luxury fashion recruitment, working with some of the world’s most prestigious fashion and luxury brands.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting our Fashion team with the day-to-day coordination of temporary recruitment
- Speaking with, interviewing and registering fashion candidates
- Sourcing and identifying exceptional talent for our luxury fashion clients
- Coordinating interviews, bookings and candidate availability
- Supporting consultants with client requirements and fast-paced, last-minute bookings
- Building strong relationships with our growing network of fashion professionals
- Helping manage and develop our temporary fashion talent pool
- Keeping candidate records and availability up to date
- Gaining exposure to the commercial side of a fast-paced recruitment agency
- Supporting the team in delivering an exceptional level of service to both clients and candidates

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience within fashion retail, luxury retail or recruitment
- A genuine passion for fashion, luxury and retail
- Confident and comfortable speaking with candidates and clients
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive, energetic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially minded with a strong customer-service focus
- A positive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- An interest in developing a long-term career within recruitment
