Fashion Design & Trend Consultant
We’re looking for a Fashion Design & Trend Consultant to work closely with our team on creating exciting, trend-led fashion for our regional markets.
This is a highly creative role for someone who has a strong understanding of fashion, culture, consumer behaviour, and emerging trends, and can translate that understanding into commercially relevant products.
You will work with our internal team to identify what customers in your region want to wear, where fashion is heading, and how we can turn those insights into fresh, differentiated, and highly desirable designs.
What you’ll be doing
- Identify and interpret upcoming fashion trends, consumer behaviours, cultural influences, and regional preferences.
- Develop and recommend design directions, product ideas, and collections relevant to your market.
- Work closely with our internal design team to turn trend insights into strong, commercially viable designs.
- Create and develop design briefs, references, moodboards, and product concepts.
- Ensure designs feel current, relevant, and differentiated within the regional market.
- Continuously research fashion brands, social media, street style, pop culture, and emerging trends to identify new opportunities.
- Bring a strong understanding of local consumer preferences, styling, and price sensitivity into the design process.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to ensure concepts are feasible and ready for execution.
- Review and refine designs through the development process, ensuring the final product delivers on the original creative vision.
- Help us build a strong and distinctive regional fashion point of view.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
