About Sandbanks Sandbanks is a luxury outerwear and lifestyle brand built around performance, sustainability, and elevated British design.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing British luxury brand and play a key role in shaping how Sandbanks is seen across digital, social, and wider media. You will have the opportunity to work across fashion, lifestyle, e-commerce, and brand storytelling, creating content that reflects the quality, ambition, and distinctive identity of Sandbanks.

About the Role

  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop video content strategies aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Lead the end-to-end video production process, from concept development and pre-production through to filming, editing, and final delivery.
  • Plan and execute professional video shoots, including lighting, sound, camera operation, and directing talent.
  • Direct models, presenters, and non-professional talent confidently to achieve natural and engaging performances.
  • Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and related tools.
  • Edit and colour-grade content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Adapt and optimise video content for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and internal channels.
  • Maintain and organise the company's video equipment inventory, identifying opportunities for upgrades and new technology.
  • Develop efficient video production workflows and maintain best-practice documentation.
  • Manage the video asset library, ensuring content is correctly organised, archived, and easily accessible.
  • Monitor video performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve future content.
  • Ensure all video content consistently meets Sandbanks' brand, quality, legal, and compliance standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
  • Travel to locations for shoots when required.

About You

  • 3 - 5 years' professional experience in videography and video editing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, luxury, e-commerce, or commercial environments.
  • Strong experience using professional camera systems such as Sony, Canon, or Blackmagic.
  • Advanced or expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
  • Strong knowledge of professional lighting, composition, and audio recording techniques.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality commercial, corporate, fashion, or branded video work.
  • Experience creating motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
  • Strong understanding of colour grading and colour correction.
  • Knowledge of video compression, codecs, and delivery formats across different platforms.
  • Basic understanding of streaming technologies and platforms.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to direct non-professional talent.
  • A full, valid driving licence and the ability to travel to shoot locations.
