What You’ll Do as a Deli Manager:
- Lead deli operations, including cooking, frying, and recipe preparation while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and support Deli Attendants and Assistant Managers.
- Handle cash register operations and ensure accurate money handling.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentation-ready deli area.
- Keep shelves, coolers, and supplies fully stocked and organized.
- Foster teamwork, professionalism, and positive relationships with co-workers, customers, and vendors.
