Trainee Mortgage Adviser - Fast Track 16 Week Fully Funded Academy

Office Based Full Time in Norwich | £26,000 Starting Salary | £75,000+ OTE | Funded CeMAP Qualification

What if your next career move could take you from zero mortgage experience to a fully qualified Mortgage Adviser in just 16 weeks?

At Haysto, we're offering just five people a place on our Fast-Track Mortgage Adviser Academy.

You don't need mortgage experience. You don't need a finance background.

You will need previous demonstrable direct sales and customer service experience, ambition, confidence and the drive to build a successful career to be considered.

We'll fund your CeMAP qualification, employ you from day one and give you intensive training, coaching and real-world experience to launch your career as a Mortgage Adviser with Haysto.

Earnings & Salary Progression:

  • During your 16-weeks of training: £26,000 salary
  • Once qualified as a Mortgage Adviser, your basic salary increases to £30,000
  • Achieve Competent Adviser Status and meet your performance targets: Your basic salary increases again to £35,000.00

Start Date: 16th November 2026

Location: Norwich – full-time, office based

Places Available: 5

Working Hours:

  • Two days’ 9AM – 6PM.
  • Two days’ 11AM – 8PM.
  • Friday’s 9AM – 5PM.
  • You must also be available to work weekends on a rota.

Due to the intensive nature of the Academy, annual leave cannot be taken during the initial 16-week training period.
