This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a flexible, casual basis, serving thousands of visitors in a fast-paced and exciting event environment.

The Role

We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals who enjoy working as part of a team and thrive in busy environments. This role is ideal for those seeking flexible work that can fit around other commitments.

The Responsibilities

  • Deliver friendly, professional and efficient customer service across bars, kiosks, hospitality areas and food & beverage outlets.
  • Prepare, present and serve food and beverages in line with company procedures and operational standards.
  • Operate cashless EPOS systems accurately and confidently.
  • Maintain clean, safe, organised and fully stocked work areas throughout service.
  • Support the set-up, operation and close-down of food and beverage outlets for events.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience while adhering to all food safety, allergen, licensing and health & safety requirements.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
