As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the team of DoubleTree by Hilton London - West End which is a 275-bedroom hotel located just 5-minute walk from Holborn Station. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings.
What Your Day Will Look Like?
- You'll start by welcoming guests with a warm, professional approach, serving them across various outlets including the bar, club lounge, restaurant, conference areas, and through room service.
- Throughout the day, you’ll use your knowledge of food, wines, beers, and spirits to enhance the guest experience and ensure service is smooth and attentive.
- You'll be involved in setting up and closing down the service areas, always maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with health and safety regulations.
- Working as part of a supportive team, you'll help create a welcoming and seamless dining experience for every guest.

What You’ll Bring?
- We’re looking for an enthusiastic F&B Attendant passionate about delivering quality service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
- You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.
- You’ll be confident in using technology and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in hospitality or a similar customer-facing role.
- You will lead by example, demonstrating our values through outstanding customer service, teamwork, and a positive, solution-focused attitude.
