Responsibilities
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will:
- Support the smooth operation of the food & beverage department, ensuring the guest experience is delivered to the highest standards
- Contribute to guest satisfaction and comfort by responding promptly and positively to queries
- Take ownership of assigned duties, ensuring tasks are completed timely and professionally
- Help achieve departmental and hotel initiatives through collaborative effort

Requirements
Essential for this role:
- Experience in food & beverage service (preferred but not essential)
- A hands-on, proactive approach
- A strong commitment to exceptional guest service and hospitality passion
- Ability to solve problems creatively and take ownership of tasks
- Strong integrity with a drive for excellence in high-demand environments
- Experience working with IT systems and digital platforms
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Location: Radisson Blu Hotel Liverpool Compensation: Up to GBP 12.71 per hour
