The Role
As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. You will support the wider team by preparing and serving food and drinks, maintaining a clean and organised environment, and delivering excellent customer service at all times.
Please note: this is a casual role, and hours will vary depending on event schedules.
The Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Prepare and serve food and snacks in line with company standards.
- Use tills to take orders and process payments accurately.
- Engage with customers, responding to enquiries and promoting current offers.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation across all service areas.
- Respond promptly to spills and potential hazards, ensuring a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable guest experience.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods to support operations.

What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer-facing role is desirable.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (training can be provided).
- Experience working in a hospitality or event environment is beneficial.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional approach at all times.
- A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
