Description
As a Food & Beverage Team Member, you'll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. Working closely with your colleagues, you'll deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service, guiding guests through our menus, sharing promotions, and ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations.
No two shifts are the same. From preparing the outlet for service and supporting daily operations to serving food and drinks with care, you'll help maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality throughout every part of the guest journey. You'll also develop a thorough understanding of our menus, allergens, and food safety procedures, ensuring guests can dine with confidence.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
- Welcome guests warmly and professionally, guide them through the menu and specials, and provide attentive food and beverage service that exceeds expectations.
- Be fully knowledgeable about all the allergens and their presence in the dishes and drinks offered in the outlet, and know where to find all the information.
- Be aware of all F&B Promotions in place in the Hotel and communicate them to guests when appropriate.
- Support daily outlet operations, including opening and closing procedures, order taking, serving, and maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Encourage the highest standards across all areas (customer service, hygiene, health, and safety).
