Join Our Team at Louma Country Hotel

At Louma Country Hotel, we are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences through outstanding food, hospitality, and service. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic F&B Service Team Member to join our market-leading operation and support the delivery of a high-quality food, beverage, and experiences offering across the hotel.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is developing their career in the hospitality, takes pride in high standards, and is keen to learn from an experienced and passionate team.

About the Role

As a F&B Service, you will support the Head of F&B / Restaurant Supervisors to support and advance Louma Country Hotel’s market-leading standards for the delivery of its exclusive offering of culinary operations and experiences. You will work across outlets, developing your technical skills while helping to ensure service runs smoothly and consistently for both food and beverage.

  • Have full knowledge and understanding of the food and drinks menus and items offered, inclusive of ingredients (allergens), preparation, presentation, availability, price, pairings / complements.
  • Upsell items of Food and Drink, and also Activities, Experiences and Events, to support the drive of revenue and profitability.
  • Ensure all F&B areas are clean, sanitized, tidy, and presentable to a high standard.
  • Set areas as per approved standards and requirements for service and post-service utilization.
  • Maintain Service Stations with required equipment, materials, consumables, resources as required for high standard service.
  • Liaise efficiently and effectively with the Kitchen Team and Guest Relations Team to ensure timely and proficient service and availability of food and beverage offering on a daily basis.
  • Support the replenishment and control of stocks used across the Hospitality operation and ensure all required measures for access to stocks, stock replenishment, and stock.

Guest Experience

  • Act as an ambassador for Louma Country Hotel.
  • Support the delivery of a market-leading food and beverage experience.
  • Engage professionally with guests and contribute to the overall retreat experience.

What You'll Bring / About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Reliable, proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback from senior chefs.
  • Organized, calm under pressure, and attentive to detail.
  • Good communication skills and a positive approach to teamwork to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment and to accept responsibility individually.
  • Flexible and able to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods.
