What your day will look like?

You will be the first point of contact for guests, responding to queries in person, by phone, and email. You will warmly welcome and seat arriving guests, work seamlessly with your team, report VIP arrivals and departures, handle guest feedback, and communicate issues to the Manager or Shift Supervisor. You will also know our menu and seize upselling opportunities when appropriate.
