Host/Hostess-F&B

AG Hotels is looking for an experienced Host/Hostess-F&B for our Best Western Plus Pinewood, Manchester Airport- Wilmslow Hotel someone who is passionate about customer service and has a positive and people-pleasing mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • To host breakfast/ dinner and evening socials, making sure guests are greeted with a warm smile
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly
  • Set up of all front of house food areas prior to service periods, ensuring all areas are clean, presentable and accessible for the guests
  • Serve food to the customers ensuring a fast and courteous guest service
  • Ensuring all health and hygiene standards are followed
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies
  • Ensure any anticipated issues are communicated promptly to the Duty Manager/ Head Chef
  • Collect feedback from the guests and ensure any requests/issues are managed accordingly
  • Uphold company grooming standards and F&B service etiquette.
