The role will create exceptional hospitality experiences that support employee wellbeing, collaboration and community while ensuring commercially sustainable, operationally excellent and scalable services as the campus expands.
Working closely with senior leadership, operations, and external partners, the Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the strategy, planning and operation of multiple venues across the campus. These will include input into a public facing pub & café, premium workplace food and beverage concepts, salad bars, hospitality spaces, and large-scale event catering.
As the Institute expands from its current footprint to a campus supporting thousands of employees, researchers, visitors, and partners, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating vibrant hospitality environments that reflect EIT's ambition, culture, and commitment to excellence.
The Food & Beverage Manager will combine strategic vision with operational expertise, building and leading a high-performing team while ensuring all hospitality offerings deliver exceptional service, operational excellence, and commercial sustainability.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
