We’re Hiring: Retail & F&B Commercial Real Estate Consultants 🚨
🏢 CRC – Part of the Betterhomes Group 📍 Dubai, UAE
CRC is seeking commercially driven Retail & F&B Consultants from the UK who are ready to build a long-term career in Dubai’s fast-growing commercial property market. This is an opportunity to specialise in retail and food & beverage real estate, advising landlords, developers and brands on leasing and acquisition strategies across high streets, malls and mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lease and sell retail and F&B units
- Advise clients on positioning, footfall and rental strategy
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value transactions
- Build strong relationships with landlords, operators and investors

Requirements:
- Retail, F&B or commercial property experience (UK experience welcomed)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and performance-driven
- Fluent English and ability to obtain a UAE driving licence
