We're looking for a passionate and people-focused Food & Beverage Server who loves creating connections, delivering exceptional service, and helping guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until their final farewell.

More than simply serving food and drinks, you'll play an important role in creating the atmosphere, energy, and sense of belonging that turns a meal into a lasting memory.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Providing warm, attentive, and personalised service from arrival to departure.
  • Taking food and beverage orders confidently and accurately.
  • Serving food and drinks with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
  • Sharing menu recommendations, daily specials, and pairing suggestions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
  • Building genuine rapport with guests and creating memorable interactions.
  • Maintaining immaculate presentation of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
  • Working collaboratively with kitchen, bar, and restaurant teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Resolving guest queries and feedback positively, professionally, and with empathy.
  • Contributing to a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere where guests can relax, connect, and enjoy themselves.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
