We are now looking for an F&B Supervisor to lead our food and beverage team and deliver exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests. As an F&B Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations of the dining service, manage and support the F&B team, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service. You will take pride in creating a welcoming, inclusive, and vibrant dining environment, fostering excellent relationships with residents and guests, and driving a culture of excellence within your team.

The Role
- Overseeing the operations of food and beverage services, including the restaurant, bar, café, and lounges
- Managing, leading, and developing the F&B team, ensuring high performance and engagement
- Maintaining the shift rota, ensuring staffing levels meet demand and service requirements
- Ensuring the team follows opening and closing procedures consistently and accurately
- Supporting the team in delivering exceptional customer service, creating a welcoming and memorable experience for residents and guests
- Advising the team on upselling, cross-selling, and add-on sales to maximise revenue opportunities
- Promoting learning and development initiatives, helping the team maximise their skills and potential
- Assisting with planning and executing special events and private functions
- Keeping up to date with market trends, best practices, and new culinary ideas to inspire innovation
- Supporting the team on the floor as needed, leading by example and maintaining service standards

Key Requirements
- Proven experience supervising a food and beverage operation, whether as a team leader, supervisor, or manager
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to maximise sales and identify revenue opportunities
- Hospitality or hotel management qualifications are desirable but not essential
- Enthusiastic, passionate, and personable, with the ability to build rapport quickly with residents, guests, and team members
