Job Description
Full Time Contract, Permanent, 5 days per week. Expected Start Date: Mid-November 2026 (TBC), salary £32,042.40 per year.
About the Role
As Our Food & Beverage Team Leader, You Will
- Deliver exceptional guest service, creating memorable experiences and building guest loyalty throughout their stay.
- Lead and support the Food & Beverage team, ensuring smooth daily operations across all service areas.
- Supervise team members on shift, ensuring duties are completed to a high standard and guests receive outstanding service.
- Train, coach and motivate team members in company procedures, product knowledge and service standards.
- Create a welcoming dining and bar experience where every guest feels valued.
- Manage stock levels, stock rotation and ordering requirements for food, beverages and catering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel, brand and audit standards at all times.
- Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Drive sales by promoting food, beverage and hotel services and encouraging upselling opportunities.
- Promote and support the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
- Maintain effective communication across all departments.
- Organise operational activities efficiently, including production, storage and distribution processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve service, increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Previous Food & Beverage experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leader role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems effectively.
- Flexible to work shifts Monday through Sunday, including weekends and holidays.
- Commercial awareness with a proactive approach to driving sales and business performance.
