- Welcome our guests with a warm smile and genuine hospitality, helping to create a memorable experience from the moment they arrive.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and confidently, making sure dietary requirements, allergies and special requests are communicated clearly.
- Serve food and drinks with care and attention to detail, keeping service friendly, efficient and professional.
- Create a great environment by setting up, clearing and resetting tables and keeping our restaurant, bar and service areas clean, tidy and welcoming.
- Prepare and serve drinks, from refreshing soft drinks and cocktails to coffees and teas, with training provided to help you build your skills.
- Keep everything running smoothly by restocking supplies, supporting with stock checks and making sure your service areas are always ready for our guests.
- Put cleanliness and safety first, following our food hygiene, health & safety and service standards at all times.
- Be part of the team by working closely with colleagues across Food & Beverage, the kitchen and wider hotel to make sure every service runs smoothly.
- Create moments that matter – whether it's a guest's first coffee of the morning, a family celebration, a business lunch or an evening drink, you'll play an important part in making their visit special.
What We Need From You
- A friendly and positive personality with a genuine passion for looking after people and creating great guest experiences.
- Hospitality experience is a bonus, but it's not essential. If you're enthusiastic, willing to learn and have the right attitude, we'll help you develop your skills.
- Great communication skills so you can confidently connect with our guests and work effectively with your colleagues.
- An eye for detail, taking pride in getting orders right and maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
- A team-player attitude – you're happy to get stuck in, support your colleagues and do whatever is needed to keep the service flowing.
- Energy and flexibility to work in a busy hotel environment, particularly during our peak breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to make every guest feel welcome.
