Job Description

Your mission:
- To provide a friendly, relaxing & personalised welcome and experience throughout the service
- To help gain customer loyalty through the high standard of service
- To establish good relations with guests, offering advice and fostering customer loyalty
- Opening and closing breakfast service
- Preparation and set up of breakfast buffet
- Preparing and presenting food for buffet service to the required hotel standards

Please note that this is a part-time role, 25h per week. As you work breakfast service, you need to be ready for early starts.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or breakfast service is desirable but not essential.
- Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety and allergen awareness.
- Friendly, positive and confident approach with a strong focus on guest service.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel environment, particularly during busy breakfast periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual and well-presented.
- Willingness to learn and support other F&B operations when required.
