Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager

Leeds | Hybrid Working | Up to £65,000 DOE + Benefits + Free Parking

Hays Senior Finance are delighted to be partnering with a highly successful and growing professional services organisation based in Leeds to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner / Commercial Finance Manager.

This is a rare opportunity to join a well-established business operating within a specialist environment, supporting senior leadership in driving commercial performance, strategic decision-making and continued growth.

Working closely with the Directors and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in providing financial insight, improving commercial reporting, supporting business planning and helping shape the future direction of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to support strategic decision-making
  • Produce meaningful financial analysis and commercial insights
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities
  • Develop and enhance KPI reporting and management information
  • Support contract profitability and project performance reviews
  • Drive process improvements and financial controls
  • Assist with longer-term business growth initiatives and commercial projects
  • Support and challenge operational leaders to maximise business performance

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
  • Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially focused with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
  • Excellent analytical and financial modelling capabilities
  • Experience gained within professional services, construction, project-based or commercially driven environments would be advantageous
  • Ambitious, proactive and able to operate in a fast-paced environment
