Centsational Women is Expanding

Centsational Women is expanding its network of independent financial professionals across Europe, and we are currently looking to collaborate with an independent, FCA-authorised financial advisor or financial planner covering the United Kingdom.

This is not an employed financial advisor position. We are looking for a freelance professional who can support selected graduates of our financial education programme through structured 1:1 Financial Framework Orientation sessions.

What the Collaboration Involves

Each graduate completes a 1:1 session with an independent local financial professional after progressing through our programme. The purpose of the session is to review the student's financial framework and help them understand how their personal financial structure fits within the UK financial environment.

Topics may include:

  • Emergency fund structure and holding options
  • Debt strategy
  • Banking structure
  • Questions around brokers and investment platforms
  • UK pension structures
  • ISAs and other relevant savings structures
  • Relevant tax and financial-planning considerations
  • General financial planning considerations

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Important Distinction

Centsational Women is a financial education company, not an advisory firm. We provide the investment education within our programme. The advisor's session is intended as an educational and structural financial-planning conversation and does not create an ongoing advisory mandate with Centsational Women.

However, if a graduate independently decides that they would like to continue working with the advisor afterwards, they are free to explore a separate client relationship directly with you, outside the scope of Centsational Women.

For the right professional, this offers both a flexible educational collaboration and the possibility of developing longer-term client relationships where there is mutual fit.

If you are an FCA-authorised financial advisor or planner covering the UK and this sounds relevant, please send us a message here on LinkedIn or reach out to our Head of Financial Education at andres@centsationalwomen.com. We would be happy to arrange a short introductory call and explain how the collaboration works.
