What It Takes to Be Part of Our Team
- Assistant Leadership: As an Assistant Team Leader, you'll take charge of driving sales, motivating the team, and helping manage day-to-day operations. You’ll be second in command and work closely with the Team Manager to hit key KPIs and lead the team to success.
- Team Motivator: You inspire, encourage, and support your team members to perform at their best. You’re a natural leader who fosters collaboration and a positive work environment.
- Sales-focused Leader: You’ll ensure your team meets and exceeds sales targets, while also setting the example with your own performance. Your leadership will help drive success and reward the hard work of your team.
- Organised and Efficient: You understand that effective time management is key to leading a successful team. You’ll handle scheduling, managing team workflows, and overseeing the daily operations to keep everything running smoothly.
- Multitasker: In your role, you’ll balance multiple responsibilities, from handling customer inquiries and creating itineraries to training and mentoring your team. You’ll be a hands-on leader who keeps things moving in the right direction, both with customers and behind the scenes.
- Problem Solver: As Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to person when things need to be sorted. Whether it’s resolving customer issues or helping your team overcome challenges, you’ll step up and find solutions quickly and efficiently.

HOW YOU’LL OPEN UP THE WORLD FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:
- Create Dream Itineraries: Assist your team in building dream trips for customers, while also ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.
- Share Your Knowledge: Lead by example by using your travel expertise to make perfect recommendations from a range of options, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.
- Roll Out the Red Carpet: Help ensure that your team delivers exceptional customer service, making each customer feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of.
- Trusted Advisor: Act as a mentor to your team, guiding them to be trusted advisors to customers, showing both professionalism and genuine care.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven track record of strong and consistent transfers.
- Minimum of 6 months' Travel Consultant experience.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to work under pressure and shoulder extra responsibilities alongside your day-to-day consultant role.
