WHAT IT TAKES TO BE PART OF OUR TEAM:

  • As a Team Leader overseeing your store, you will be responsible for driving sales, motivating team members, and growing key KPIs. You will lead by example to deliver a consistent, excellent customer experience and demonstrate strong results both individually and on a team level.
  • Proven Leadership: Lead the team to meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a fun and supportive environment. You will be a mentor to your team, inspiring them to grow and succeed.
  • Customer Experience Excellence: You will oversee day-to-day customer interactions to ensure that your store offers a world-class customer experience at every touchpoint.
  • Adaptability: You’ll embrace new systems and ways of working with openness and positivity, always looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales and KPI Growth: As a Team Leader, you’ll take responsibility for your store's performance, ensuring that your team thrives and hits key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.
  • Effective Manager: You’ll manage resources, workflows, and training to ensure the smooth running of operations, handling complex situations, and solving any issues that arise with ease.

HOW YOU’LL OPEN UP THE WORLD FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:

  • Create Dream Itineraries: Lead your team and help in building dream trips for customers, while also ensuring high-quality service and attention to detail.
  • Share Your Knowledge: Lead by example by using your travel expertise to make perfect recommendations from a range of options, including flights, accommodation, cruises, tours, insurance, and more.
  • Roll Out the Red Carpet: Help ensure that your team delivers exceptional customer service, making each customer feel welcomed, valued, and well taken care of.
  • Trusted Advisor: Act as a mentor to your team, guiding them to be trusted advisors to customers, showing both professionalism and genuine care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven track record of strong and consistent transfers.
  • Minimum of 12 months’ Travel Consultant experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and shoulder extra responsibility alongside your day-to-day consultant role.
