The Role
The successful candidate will join a growing Financial Due Diligence team, working closely with Partners to deliver transaction support across private equity, corporate and entrepreneurial clients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced FDD professional looking for greater deal ownership, senior client exposure and progression within a boutique advisory environment.

About the Role
- Lead buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
- Analyse quality of earnings, working capital, net debt and cash flow
- Identify key transaction risks, value drivers and deal considerations
- Prepare and review FDD reports, databooks and client presentations
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients, management teams and advisers
- Take ownership of multiple live transactions and project timelines
- Manage and develop junior team members
- Work directly with Partners throughout the transaction process
- Support pitches, proposals and wider business development activity

Your Experience
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant
- Strong Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services experience
- Experience across buy-side and sell-side FDD engagements
- Experience managing junior team members and deal workstreams
