About the Role
Do you have a passion for empowering young people and creating safer communities? Crimestoppers is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Fearless Youth Coordinator to lead the delivery of its Fearless and Bystander Approach programmes across South Wales, helping young people understand the issues affecting them and make informed decisions about reporting crime. You will work directly with young people to address key issues such as violence and serious organised crime, while also evaluating programme impact, supporting awareness campaigns, developing resources and identifying opportunities to expand the reach of the service. With a strong focus on safeguarding, collaboration and community engagement, this role offers the opportunity to make a lasting difference to the lives of young people across South Wales.
