An opportunity has arisen for February/March 2027 qualifier to join the London FS reg team of an elite US law firm that is very much in growth mode.

This team advises a prestigious client base of global investment funds, private capital sponsors, asset managers, investment advisers and other financial institutions on a broad spectrum of UK and cross-border financial services regulatory matters. The practice sits at the heart of the firm's leading PE team, providing strategic regulatory advice on the formation, marketing and ongoing operation of investment funds across multiple asset classes.

The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of advisory matters, including FCA regulation, the UK regulatory framework for investment managers and funds, AIFMD, MiFID, financial promotions, perimeter issues, governance, compliance and regulatory change. The role offers close collaboration with leading private funds, corporate and finance teams on some of the most sophisticated transactions in the market.

Applications are welcomed from trainee solicitors who are due to qualify in Feb/March 2027 at leading City, international or US law firms. Candidates should possess an excellent academic background, strong technical ability and a genuine interest in financial services regulation.
