Federal Field Marketing Manager
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Federal Field Marketing Manager based in United Kingdom.
This role offers the opportunity to support strategic marketing initiatives within the federal technology sector. You will help execute impactful campaigns, events, and programs designed to strengthen customer engagement and accelerate business growth.
The position requires a balance of project coordination, event management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales and marketing teams. You will play a key role in ensuring field marketing activities run smoothly, from planning and logistics to reporting and optimization. This is an execution-focused opportunity for a detail-oriented marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will work with distributed teams while contributing to programs that influence pipeline generation and customer relationships.
Accountabilities
As a Federal Field Marketing Manager, you will support the execution of field marketing programs and campaigns while ensuring seamless coordination between marketing, sales, and partner teams. You will help drive customer engagement through well-managed events, campaigns, and operational activities.
- Execute planned field marketing programs and campaigns supporting federal business objectives.
- Coordinate and support tradeshows, customer events, partner events, executive meetings, and webinars.
- Partner with sales teams to prioritize marketing activities aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, registrations, and execution activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations, Corporate Marketing, Engineering, and Channel teams to support campaign delivery.
- Drive event attendance through targeted invitations, communications, and follow-up initiatives.
- Track marketing program performance and provide reporting on campaign and event results.
- Manage daily field marketing operations while maintaining a high-quality experience for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and related operational processes.
- Ensure marketing activities are delivered efficiently while adapting to changing business priorities.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is an experienced field marketing professional with strong event execution skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. You should be organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a remote and fast-moving environment.
- 6+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing, or similar roles within B2B technology environments.
- Experience supporting federal or public sector sales organizations is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Proven ability to coordinate complex events, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Channel, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with distributed teams.
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, event management platforms, Tableau, procurement systems, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
