Otley and Witnesham Federation

Salary: £28,142 - £33,699 pro rata
Hours: 30 hours per week, 40 weeks per year (working hours to be discussed at interview)
Contract: Permanent. Required as soon as possible, date to be agreed at interview

Otley and Witnesham Federation are looking for a Federation Bursar.
Otley and Witnesham are both lovely, small village schools on the outskirts of Ipswich. The children are delightful, parents supportive and the team fabulous!
The federation is working collaboratively in order to develop the highest quality education for the children, of which the plan for both schools is between 13 - 15 per year group.
You will possess empathy, personal resilience, understanding, patience and be passionate about working within a school environment.
Your responsibilities
As our Federation Bursar you will be required to undertake the following duties:
- finance and resource management
- personnel management
- administration and general management
- premises and health and safety management.
