Fee Controller Role
This Fee Controller role in Weybridge involves managing the day-to-day fee accounting for a not-for-profit organisation, ensuring financial processes run smoothly. You'll play a key part in supporting the Accounting & Finance team by handling billing, payments, and financial records.

Description
- Prepare and issue accurate fee invoices to clients.
- Monitor and manage incoming payments, reconciling accounts as required.
- Update and maintain financial records with precision.
- Assist with resolving client queries related to fees and payments.
- Support the finance team with financial reporting tasks.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Identify and report discrepancies or issues in financial processes.

Profile
A successful Fee Controller should have:
- A solid understanding of accounting and financial processes.
- Experience within the not-for-profit sector is a bonus.
- Experience in fee management or similar financial tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to identifying and solving financial issues.
