Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Fee Earner/Solicitor role specializing in Conveyancing, based in London. The role involves managing a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other stakeholders
  • Preparing and reviewing legal documents and contracts
  • Conducting property searches
  • Providing expert advice to clients

Strong organizational skills will be essential for maintaining compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, including managing end-to-end property transactions
  • Strong knowledge of property law, including contract preparation and interpretation, property searches, and handling legal formalities
  • Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Outstanding client communication and relationship management skills to engage with diverse clientele
  • Proficient IT skills for legal software and case management systems
  • Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer qualifications are essential
  • Minimum (PQE) experience required: 1 year
  • Proven industry experience in delivering high-quality legal services within a fast-paced environment
