About the Company

A highly reputable and well-established animal feed business, supplying quality nutrition products to the ruminant and monogastric markets. A growing and forward-thinking company, it combines continued investment with expert farmer support and a strong team culture.

About the Role

Take your expertise in ruminant nutrition and sales to the next level with a respected feed business whose strong team and quality portfolio truly set them apart in the market. As the Feed Sales Manager, you’ll take a senior position within a growing and dynamic team, using your established customer relationships, sales expertise, and ruminant knowledge to grow existing business, develop new opportunities, and strengthen relationships with farmers across the dairy, beef, and sheep sectors. Operating in a fully home-based role covering the Cotswolds, you’ll draw on your proven sales experience to provide practical nutritional advice and promote a premium portfolio of feed products. Strong people skills are essential, as you’ll also support and mentor a growing team of sales representatives, sharing your experience to help shape the team’s future direction and success. If you’re an established ruminant feed sales professional ready to step into a senior role offering autonomy, influence, and genuine progression, this could be the opportunity for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
