Feeding Coventry is a charity which runs Foleshill Community Centre, a welcoming hub where people can access affordable food, wellbeing activities, practical support, and opportunities to connect with others.
Feeding Coventry is looking for a friendly, organised Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly, ensuring the centre remains welcoming, efficient and responsive.

About The Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll help with the day-to-day administration of the centre, including:
- Supporting finance administration, invoices and payments
- Managing room bookings and responding to enquiries
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Ordering and monitoring supplies
- Welcoming visitors and answering calls and emails
- Providing backup to centre staff and volunteers during busy times
About You
Feeding Coventry are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in administration or office support, ideally including bookkeeping or finance
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and online systems
- Has great organisational skills and attention to detail
- Communicates well and enjoys helping people
- Can manage their workload and work independently
- Is flexible and happy to support a busy community centre
