Fee Administrator

Leeds | Hybrid | Full-time | Permanent

Beyond Talent is currently supporting a well-established professional services organisation in Leeds who are looking to appoint a Fee Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance, accounts or administration experience who is highly organised, confident working with data and has excellent attention to detail.

Working as part of a wider team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and billing information, handling queries and supporting a number of processes to ensure client information is correctly recorded and maintained.

The Role

  • Maintain and update client pricing, discounts and agreed billing arrangements
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded across internal systems
  • Review existing rates and identify any discrepancies or information requiring further investigation
  • Support the implementation of annual pricing updates
  • Manage incoming queries through a shared mailbox and ensure these are dealt with within agreed timescales
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve pricing, billing and system-related queries
  • Provide accurate information and supporting documentation for discount and pricing requests
  • Assist with the administration of client and employee/timekeeper records
  • Complete regular data checks to ensure information remains accurate and up to date
  • Monitor workloads and agreed service levels, escalating any issues where necessary
  • Produce updates and information for senior members of the team
  • Support wider finance and billing administration when required

  • Previous experience within a finance, accounts, billing or administration environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong data entry and administration skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and agreed targets
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to investigate and resolve issues
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Experience within a professional services, shared service or multi-currency environment would be advantageous but isn't essential
