About Retain Healthcare

Retain Healthcare is a leading provider of high-quality services, built on a foundation of family values for over 30 years. Our commitment to "Retaining Quality" and "Retaining Staff" means we invest in our team through ongoing training and support to ensure we meet the highest standards of care.

About The Role

We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Female Care Assistant to join our dedicated team, providing one-to-one support for a lady living with cerebral palsy and epilepsy in her own home.

This is a rewarding opportunity to build a positive working relationship with one client while supporting her to live as independently as possible. No two days are the same, as you will help her with daily living, household tasks, and accessing the local community.

This is a female-only position due to the personal care needs of the client. This requirement is intended to rely on the occupational requirement exception under the Equality Act 2010.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
