Job Description
Care Assistant
We're currently recruiting part-time and full-time Care Assistants in Romney Marsh to support clients in their own homes. The advertised pay rate includes travel time.
If you're kind, sociable, and passionate about making a difference, this could be the perfect role for you. No experience is needed — full training is provided.
Your duties may include:
- Personal care (such as continence support, washing, dressing)
- Medication management
- Meal preparation
- Light domestic tasks
Most importantly, you'll offer companionship, reassurance, and genuine comfort to those you care for.
Work is available across Lydd, Dymchurch, Dungeness, Brenzett, Brookland, Burmarsh, Ivychurch, Newchurch, Old Romney, St Mary's Bay, and nearby areas. Our amazing teams are looking to recruit new Community Healthcare Assistants to work a variety of shift patterns — including 7am–2pm, 4pm–10pm, and alternate weekends. Both full-time and part-time roles are available.
