This is a community-based role, so it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence with access to your own reliable vehicle.
Hours
- Full-Time, including alternate weekends (Part-time positions also available for weekend hours).
Shifts
- Shift Patterns: 7am - 4pm & 4pm - 10pm

As a Care Assistant, you will provide tailored support based on individual needs, including:
- Companionship and emotional support
- Assistance with outings such as appointments, day centres, and social activities
- Meal preparation and nutritional support
- Medication assistance
- Dementia care
- Personal care and continence support
- Light domestic tasks
- End of life care

Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to a reliable vehicle suitable for work purposes
- Have the right to work in the UK
