Care Assistant – Morning & Flexible Shifts
Location: Marchwood, Southampton
Pay: £14.80–£17.15 per hour (including holiday pay)
Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

We are looking for kind, reliable, and friendly Care Assistants to join our team in Marchwood and nearby Southampton areas.
No experience? No problem. We provide full paid training.

What You’ll Do
You’ll visit clients in their own homes and help with:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Preparing meals and drinks
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and shopping
- Helping clients stay independent
- Updating simple care records
Shifts Available
Morning shifts available & Evening shifts available
We are especially looking for carers who can work mornings.
Typical shifts:
- 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- 9:00am – 1:00pm and 5:00pm – 10:00pm
- Flexible and split shifts may also be available.
Flexible Hours
You will start on a Flexible Hours Contract while building a regular client schedule. As your hours become established, there may be an opportunity to move onto a Guaranteed Hours Contract for more consistent pay and job security.

What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence
- Access to your own car
- Right to work in the UK
- Available for 20+ hours per week
- Available for at least 3 weekdays and every other weekend
- Caring, dependable, and professional attitude
